- Creator Profile Data: Instagram handle, YouTube channel, LinkedIn profile, category/niche, city, language(s), follower count, engagement rate, turnaround time (TAT), bio/description, profile photo, portfolio images
- Brand Profile Data: Company name, industry, brand website, contact person details
- Payment Information: Billing address, GST number. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment gateway partner Razorpay and are NOT stored on our servers
- Communication Data: Messages sent through our inquiry system, order notes, support requests
- Order Data: Campaign briefs, deliverables, pricing, order status, payment history
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, click patterns, search queries on the marketplace
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, error logs
- Cookies & Tracking: Session cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies (Google Analytics), marketing pixels
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Social Media APIs: Publicly available data from Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn (follower count, engagement metrics, content data) used to verify creator profiles
- Payment Gateway: Transaction status and payment confirmation from Razorpay

- Profile Visibility: Creator profiles are displayed publicly on the marketplace to enable brands to discover and engage creators
- Payments: To process payments, generate invoices, and manage billing
- Communication: To send order confirmations, status updates, payment receipts, and important service notifications via email and WhatsApp
- Marketing: To send promotional offers, newsletters, and platform updates (only with your consent; you can opt out anytime)
- Analytics & Improvement: To understand usage patterns, improve our platform, and develop new features
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests

- Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Razorpay, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
10. YouTube API Services & Google User Data
InfluencersBazaar uses YouTube API Services so creators can connect their own YouTube channel and share their channel statistics and audience insights with brands on our platform.
By connecting your YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of information received from YouTube API Services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access (read-only, only with your explicit consent):
- Your channel’s public details — name, ID, thumbnail, banner, subscriber count, video count, view count, and recent public videos.
- Your channel analytics — views, watch time, average view duration, and aggregated, anonymized audience demographics (age range, gender, country).
We request read-only access. We never post, modify, or delete anything on your YouTube account.
How we use it: to build your creator profile and channel listing, to display your channel’s verified statistics and aggregated audience insights to brands so they can evaluate and book paid collaborations, and to keep these figures current.
How we store it: channel statistics and aggregated audience data are stored securely on our servers and refreshed periodically. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted, solely to refresh this data on your behalf. We do not store your individual subscribers’ personal data.
How we share it: your channel’s aggregated statistics and audience insights are shown to brands on InfluencersBazaar to facilitate bookings. Your private, account-level analytics (detailed watch-time / retention) are visible only to you. We do not sell YouTube data.
Limited Use: InfluencersBazaar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access: you can disconnect your YouTube channel anytime in the app (My socials → disconnect), or revoke InfluencersBazaar’s access from your Google security settings. When you disconnect a channel or delete your account, we delete the associated YouTube data and OAuth tokens from our systems.
11. Instagram & Meta Platform Data
InfluencersBazaar uses the Instagram API with Instagram Login (a Meta product) so creators can connect their own Instagram Business or Creator account and share their account statistics and audience insights with brands on our platform.
By connecting your Instagram account you authorise this access through Instagram’s own login. Our use of information obtained through the Instagram API is governed by this Privacy Policy and by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
What we access (read-only, only with your explicit consent):
- Your account’s basic details — username, account type, profile picture, follower count, and media count (instagram_business_basic).
- Your account insights — reach, impressions, engagement, and aggregated, anonymized audience demographics such as age range, gender, and city/country (instagram_business_manage_insights).
We request read-only access. We never post, modify, or delete content on your Instagram account.
How we use it: to build your creator profile and listing, to display your account’s verified statistics and aggregated audience insights to brands so they can evaluate and book paid collaborations, and to keep these figures current.
How we store it: account statistics and aggregated audience data are stored securely on our servers and refreshed periodically. Access tokens are stored encrypted, solely to refresh this data on your behalf. We do not store your individual followers’ personal data.
How we share it: your account’s aggregated statistics and audience insights are shown to brands on InfluencersBazaar to facilitate bookings. We do not sell your Instagram data or use it for advertising.
Revoking access: you can disconnect your Instagram account anytime in the app (My socials → disconnect), or remove InfluencersBazaar from Instagram app → Settings → Apps and websites → Active.
Data deletion: to delete the data we hold from your connected Instagram account, disconnect the account in the app, delete your InfluencersBazaar account, or email support@influencersbazaar.com. Upon any of these, we permanently delete the associated Instagram data and access tokens from our systems within 30 days.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. For significant changes, we may notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
